Free Standard Shipping is automatic over $99!
• Free standard shipping is automatic when you order $99 or more, requires no offer code. To qualify, your order must deliver to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. Customers can combine orders from different catalogs to meet the $99 requirement.
Drop ship - Factory Direct Shipments
• Drop ships- Items where a truck appears in the catalog are not eligible for free shipping unless specifically stated and the item value does not contribute to the $99 requirement. These items can ship direct from our manufacturer.
• Shipping charges vary and the product may bill and ship separately.
• Please be advised that for truck orders/shipments, it is the recipient’s responsibility to off-load the goods from the tailgate of the truck. If you do not have a receiving dock and/or you need additional services from the trucking company, services are available and additional fees may apply. This assistance should be arranged when placing an order.
• Inside delivery should be specified when ordering so accommodations can be made, an additional fee will be charged for this service.
Free Standard Shipping does not apply to:
• Drop ship Items/ Items shipping directly from our manufacturer. Item value does not contribute to the $99 requirement.
• Orders shipping to APO’s, FPO’s, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, extended territories, and all international orders are not eligible for free shipping and cannot be placed online. Please contact our wholesale/international team: wholesale@ssww.com.
• Orders shipping to Post Office Boxes, via the US Postal Service
• Additional exclusions may apply.
Out of Stock / Backordered Items:
• We process thousands of orders per day. Availability is currently accurate but cannot be guaranteed until you complete check out.
• Orders Under $75 - If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship complete once all items are available.
• Orders Over $75 - If your order includes out-of-stock items, we'll ship what is in stock now, and we'll ship your backorders when they're available.
(Lift-gate Service and Inside Delivery are additional services)
Some of our products and large orders ship via truck. S&S will advise you at time of ordering. Please tell us if you do not have a receiving dock as truck orders may require a lift-gate delivery service. Customers are responsible for off-loading the merchandise from the truck. If you will need assistance from the trucking company, inside delivery services are available for an additional fee. Inside delivery should be specified when ordering so accommodations can be made, an additional fee will be charged for this service.
Shipping, without any extra services.
The truck must be able to back up to a receiving dock, or the consignee must be able to otherwise unload the freight from the truck themselves (with a forklift in the parking lot, for example).
The height of the floor of the truck is, on average, 4' to 5’ from the ground.
Shipment will be lowered to the ground using a lift-gate, and the consignee will take it from there.
Freight is not transported into the building or elsewhere by the driver.
This service may add additional time to the delivery date as special scheduling and equipment are required.
Liftgate Service: $125
Shipment will be lowered to the ground and transported into the building by the driver, providing that there is sufficient access for the freight -- pallets will not be unloaded and carried inside through narrow doorways.
Service does not include installation, set up, or room-by-room delivery. Items will not be carried up or down stairs.
Freight will be left as delivered, which may include pallet(s), stretch-wrap, strapping, and other items (as seen in photo). Additional levels of service may be available at an additional charge.
This service may add additional time to the delivery date as special scheduling and equipment are required.
