Component 01: Left Text | Right Image
Description 01: Currently displaying the image as a background of a box. We would like to use an image that will align (middle/center) with the text on the left, as well as the ability to add Alt text for the image.
Description 02: Looks good on Desktop and XL, but on Large, the image changes. On Medium and Small the image is hidden. When we unhide it, then it's on the right side and we would like it to be below the Subheading or the content on the left.
You nurture curiosity and growth.
We make it easier.
Every moment in early learning is a building block. It's a chance to spark imagination, encourage discovery, and lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. At S&S, we make it easier to create meaningful moments that help young children grow, explore, and thrive.

Our developmentally appropriate materials, classroom solutions, and ready-to-use activity kits support play-based learning across cognitive, physical, and social-emotional domains, giving early childhood educators the tools they need to inspire every child’s potential.
Component 02: Left Image | Right Text
Description 1: Image instead of a background box.
Description 2: How best to add spacing between the subheading and the bulleted list?
Description 3: Is there an easier way to bold/italics text?
Description 4: When switching viewports, this same text changes to black. How can the text resize/reformat per viewport automatically, without having to change it per several times?
How We Support Early Childhood Programs
We help early childhood educators and childcare providers create joyful, purposeful learning experiences that:
- Encourage exploration and creativity through hands-on, play-based materials that build confidence and curiosity.
- Support all areas of development — cognitive, fine motor, gross motor, and social-emotional growth.
- Simplify classroom setup and planning with organized kits and curated assortments by age or skill level.
- Promote inclusion and engagement with safe, durable, and adaptable materials for every learner.
- Foster independence and collaboration through child-directed play and small-group activities.
Component 03: Purple box with Title+Description and cards with Image/Title/Description/Button
Description 1: Images are backgrounds in boxes, ideally should be images with Alt text.
Description 2: Challenges when the description is short or long, so we have to tweak with paddings/margins to align the elements. Please see Large/Medium viewports on how they look like.
Description 3: Is there a way to "save" the cards and "call" on them when we need them?
Description 4: Ideally the cards should be standardized per viewport (font size, bold/italics), so we don't have to make tweaks for each viewport.

Component 04: Helpful articles with Left Image | Right Links
Description 1: We are using this section on a lot of pages. Can we create a custom component which will allow us from the sidebar to add the Subheading/Description/Image (left) and the text links/descriptions/buttons on the right?
Description 2: Ideally, the layout should change accordingly (per viewport).

Component 05: FAQ Section
Description 1: The current FAQ component (accordion) is not working properly, so we're showing the FAQ as text. Ideally, we would like to create an accordion component with the ability to format the Question and Answer (different fonts, sizes, links etc.)
Description 2: Extra bonus points if we can apply FAQ schema (for SEO/AEO/GEO).
Frequently Asked Questions
• Do I need special training to use a Calming Kit?
No. Each kit is curated for quick, common‑sense use. We recommend introducing the space and modeling a short routine so students know what to expect.

• Which kit should I choose?
Use Basic to launch a small corner, Junior for early learners, and Deluxe when you want the broadest variety. Choose Individual for one‑to‑one supports and Portable if your space moves.

• How long should students stay in the calm area?
Keep breaks brief and purposeful—often 3–5 minutes is enough to reset and return to learning.

• Can these kits support adults or seniors?
Yes. Sensory and mindfulness tools can also help adults and older adults who benefit from calming input and structured breaks.
Component 06: Table section
Description 1: Is there a better way we can show tables, like the one below? We created this as a workaround using boxes and it works, but it took us quite a bit of time to fine-tune it.

EXCLUSIVE KITS
S&S Kits
Our exclusive kits feature items for calming, social emotional learning, kindness, and self-expression. Specifically designed with our customers in mind.
Component 08 - Text formatting, links, buttons
Description 1: When inserting links in a text box, we would like to be able to customize them on mouse over (change color, or add/remove underline)
Additionally: This is a link created with a custom component from Codal.
This is a default button, with only a few options to make changes to it. We would like to change the text color to white (for example).
Actually, we do have a custom SSButtonBasic custom component which allows us to make such changes but we can't change the font size, or the border thickness.
Component 09 - Products listing
Description 1: We are using this component often, but other than a few options for listing products in the sidebar, not that many options - the one below, we're showing the products manually (time-consuming).
Ideally, we would like to be able to show products from a particular category/categories, or subcategory/subcategories.
FEATURED ITEMS
Component 10 - Left Content | Right Form (MachForm)
Description 1: When we insert the JS code from MachForm, we often need to tweak the height for different viewports.
Ideally, we would like to be able to add the code and it would automatically align with the text on the left. Please see Medium viewport (too much blank space below the button) and Small viewport (the button is cut in half).
